We read your message

Your note sits with the booking desk, not in a queue that nobody checks. We look at it the same day and match it to your preferred day and service.

We confirm a slot

You get a reply with two or three times that fit what you asked for, plus a price range based on hair length and the type of service.

Step 03

We plan the visit

If it is colour work, we book your strand test two days ahead. If it is a wedding, we start talking about the trial date next.

While you wait

Three things that help us answer faster

If your message was short, a couple of extra details in a follow-up email will save us a round trip. Nothing is urgent, but it makes the first appointment better.

Tell us about box dye, henna or salon colour from the last two years
Send a photo of your hair in daylight if you are chasing a specific shade
Mention any allergies or scalp sensitivity so we can plan a patch test

What we do here at Koralena

Two services are our bread and butter, and both start with a proper conversation rather than a product list.

Colour

Signature Hair Colour & Balayage

Freehand balayage, full-head blonding and root melts, planned from a strand test so the tone you get is the tone we agreed. Prices start at €89.

Bridal & Occasion Styling

Trials, updos and long-wear makeup for weddings and formal events, with on-location service across the Uusikaupunki area. Bride's day packages start at €390.

Ring the salon if the date is tight

Email is fine for most things, but if you are hoping to be seen this week, or your wedding is closer than a month away, the phone is quicker. Somebody answers during opening hours and checks the diary while you are on the line.

What happens to your details

Your message is stored in the salon inbox and booking notes, nothing more. We do not pass it to anyone, we do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we delete it once the appointment is done unless you stay on as a client.
